The £150billion Question

They are about to flood Britain with 20,000 more wind turbines and millions of Electric Cars, neither of which are green nor practical.

To justify this vandalism of our energy supplies, Lord Turner says that the UK has to slash greenhouse gas emissions by 60% by 2030 to help tackle global warming.  Yet he has failed to produce a solitary piece of scientific evidence to support the theory of anthropogenic global warming, or that CO2 even causes global warming, though below I offer proof that it does not, proof that is a matter of public record.

If Lord Turner is unaware that anthropogenic global warming is a calculated and deliberate UN lie, concocted during its African Review then, his researchers are grossly incompetent.

Fact: There has been no significant increase in global temperatures since 1958 and over the past thirty-years global temperatures have fluctuated by only 4/5ths of one degree Centigrade.

Fact: The greenhouse gas theory has been discredited by NASA when it was discovered that all our neighbouring planets are warming and cooling at the same rate as the Earth. 

As the Moon has no greenhouse gasses its slight warming must be caused by the Sun.

Fact: If Lord Turner cared to examine for himself, the UN’s report on its African Review, which like this months Climate Change Conference, also took place in Mexico, he would discover that the UN decided that because the wealthier nations of the West were failing to honour their pledges of financial aid to Africa, the UN would impose a wealth-redistribution tax upon them.

Fact: Two taxes came under discussion, the imposition of a Tobin Tax (a tax on trade transactions) or a Carbon Tax (a tax on CO2 emissions).

Having decided that a Tobin Tax would be too difficult to impose and police, the UN opted for a carbon tax, which could be justified by claiming the anthropogenic greenhouse gas theory was a proven scientific fact, and it is the anthropogenic use of fossil fuels that has created a sudden and upward surge in global temperatures that threatens the planet.

Fact: It was the UN who were behind all the wild claims, backed by the IPPC’s faked scientific evidence, useless computer climate models fed by doctored data from East Anglia University, Mann’s doctored Hockey-stick Graph and Al Gore’s pseudo science film, An Inconvenient Truth, for which the UN presented him with a ‘Peace Prize.’ (Peace Prize?)

Fact: It was Al Gore’s film, An Inconvenient Truth, the then Labour Government used as it’s green bible of anthropogenic global warming, scientific fact in order to stoke up the panic of impending doom, and to impose taxes on carbon dioxide. 

‘Unless man stops burning fossil fuels millions will be made homeless by sea rises of forty foot, the Gulf Stream will stop, and the world’s glaciers melt . . .’  

Yes, you probably remember it well.

Fact: The Government was taken to the High Court over its plans to brainwash children into believing the hype of anthropogenic global warming, by showing the film, An Inconvenient Truth, in schools.

Predictably, the Government, the media nor the green lobby,  acknowledged the demolition, in the High Court, of Al Gores’ predictions of global warming disaster, as stated in the film, or that it was established that CO2 does not cause global warming, as Al Gore claimed, but is caused by it.

Facts:

‘An Inconvenient Truth’, the eleven scientific errors it contains

(1) The film claims that melting snows on Mount Kilimanjaro is evidence of global warming.  The Government's expert was forced to concede that this is not correct.

(2)* The film suggests that evidence from ice cores proves that rising CO2 causes temperature increases over 650,000 years.  The Court found that the film was misleading: over that period the rises in CO2 lagged behind the temperature rises by 800-2000 years.

(3)  The film uses emotive images of Hurricane Katrina and suggests that this has been caused by global warming.  The Government's expert had to accept that it was "not possible" to attribute one-off events to global warming. (Now, since Climategate, it is accepted that natural events are not caused by global warming)

(4)  The film shows the drying up of Lake Chad and claims that this was caused by global warming.  The Government's expert had to accept that this was not the case.  

(5)  The film claims that a study showed that polar bears had drowned due to disappearing arctic ice.  Mr Gore had apparently misread the study: in fact four polar bears drowned and this was because of a particularly violent storm.

(6)  The film threatens that global warming could stop the Gulf Stream throwing Europe into an ice age: the Claimant's evidence was that this was a scientific impossibility.

(7)  The film blames global warming for species losses including coral reef bleaching.  The Government could not find any evidence to support this claim.

(8)  The film suggests that the Greenland ice covering could melt causing sea levels to rise dangerously.  The evidence is that Greenland will not melt for millennia.  

(9)  The film suggests that the Antarctic ice covering is melting; the evidence was that it is in fact increasing.

(10)  The film suggests that sea levels could rise by 7m causing the displacement of millions of people. In fact the evidence is that sea levels are expected to rise by about 40cm over the next hundred years and that there is no such threat of massive migration.

(11)  The film claims that rising sea levels has caused the evacuation of certain Pacific islands to New Zealand.  The Government are unable to substantiate this and the Court observed that this appears to be a false claim.

Since then it has been established that:

Fact: The Hockey Stick Graph was faked.

Fact: The Kilimanjaro snow melt was due to deforestation and not through Global Warming.

Fact: The Himalayan Glaciers are not melting.

Fact: Floods, Hurricanes, tornados etc. are not caused by global warming.

Fact: Wildlife, which are all at least a million years old are not threatened by Global Warming.

Fact: The bulk of the Antarctic Ice is gaining thickness and not melting.

Fact: The science that proves: CO2 Does NOT cause Global Warming:

(2)* The film suggests that evidence from ice cores proves that rising CO2 causes temperature increases over 650,000 years.  The Court found that the film was misleading: over that period the rises in CO2 lagged behind global temperature rises by 800-2000 years. 

(It is this revelation which demolishes the case of the entire CO2 causes Global Warming / Climate Change lobby.)

Over a 650,000 year period, rises in CO2 occurred 800 – 2,000 years after the temperature rises.

Fact: Rises in global temperature cause the oceans, 800 – 2,000 years later, to produce identical rises in CO2. 

Fact: Al Gore, the Court ruled, had ‘inadvertently’ reversed the science. 

Fact: CO2 levels are dictated by the historic global temperatures, 800 – 2,000 years earlier.

Fact: As this has been a scientific truth for 650,000 years, it follows that today’s CO2 levels are not the result of mankind’s current activity, but of a product of the high temperatures that prevailed 800 – 2,000 years ago, The Medieval Warm Period.  The period the IPCC so desperately denied existed.

Fact: Rising global temperatures gradually, over hundreds of years, warm the oceans causing then to produce more CO2.  Nature produces thirty-two-times the amount of CO2 than man.

Fact: In 1,069,6000 molecules of air, 94% of which are water vapour, only 396 are CO2  of which, Nature produced 384 of them and Man the other 12.

Lord Turner and his Committee would have you believe that man’s 12 molecules of CO2 per million molecules of air, causes global warming but Nature’s thirty-two times the amount, 384 molecules of CO2, does not.

Fact: He and his Committee have yet to produce a solitary piece of independent and undisputed scientific evidence to prove his claims, and by evidence I do not mean the faked data of Climategate, Nasagate, nor the discredited idiot, Barack Obama’s statement that, “CO2, is a hazard to human existence.”, or the IPCC’s useless computer Climate Models.  

Fact: Without CO2 no life on Earth would be possible.

There must be an immediate and total ban on spending by both Lord Adair Turner’s Committee on Climate Change and The Energy Secretary Chris Huhne, until they can offer a scientific rebuttal of the facts stated above.  

I predict we will have an extremely lengthy wait but, to stop them wasting £150billion it will be worth it.
